She got her groove back, and I am so glad. I think I have too. I still cry a lot, but mostly now they are tears of gratitude that she just has diabetes and not something more serious. I did have one little breakdown when I got her medical ID bracelet in the mail...just the thought of her needing one made me sad. But she thinks it is fancy.
I love this little baby so much. What a joy she has been in difficult times. Know what else I love? Excedrin. I have the new baby constant headache from lack of sleep. What I wouldn't give for 5 or 6 uninterrupted hours of snoozing! We blessed her on Mother's Day while Jonny's mom was here.
This picture says it all...Jonny's face makes me laugh.
I have been worried about my little M through all of this. He is the one that always gets shuffled off to someone else - either my mom or Jonny's mom because his needs can be met by someone else more easily than S's or Emma's. Bless his little heart. He's just happy through it all. His new phrase is "I LIKE it!" So we see a motorcycle or an airplane (his favorites) and he yells "MotorCYcle! I LIKE it!!"
Beautiful family!
